Day 1

Arrival in Istanbul

Day 2

The Old City — Sultanahmet

Private guided tour of Istanbul's historic heart. Visit the magnificent Blue Mosque at a quiet hour before crowds arrive, explore the ornate Topkapi Palace and its sacred Islamic relics, and descend into the mysterious underground Basilica Cistern. Afternoon at the Egyptian Spice Bazaar, with a traditional halal Turkish lunch.

Day 3

Bosphorus & Grand Bazaar

Morning private Bosphorus cruise between the European and Asian shores, passing Ottoman palaces and ancient fortresses. Afternoon deep dive into the Grand Bazaar — one of the world's oldest and largest covered markets with over 4,000 shops. Evening Sufi whirling dervish ceremony at an atmospheric historic venue.

Day 4

Fly to Cappadocia

Morning flight to Nevsehir. Transfer to your luxury cave hotel carved into the ancient volcanic rock of Göreme. Afternoon exploration of the Open Air Museum — Byzantine cave churches with thousand-year-old frescoes. Sunset walk through the rose-coloured Rose Valley.

Day 5

Hot Air Balloon at Sunrise

Before dawn, ascend above the fairy chimneys of Cappadocia in a private hot air balloon as the sun rises over one of the world's most extraordinary landscapes. Champagne (non-alcoholic) toast on landing. Afternoon visit to the underground city of Derinkuyu — an ancient city carved 8 levels deep into the earth — and a traditional pottery workshop in Avanos.

Day 6–7

Uchisar & Departure

Morning visit to Uchisar Castle — the highest point in Cappadocia with panoramic views across the valleys. Leisurely farewell lunch before transfer to Nevsehir Airport, flight back to Istanbul, and onward connection home.
